How do I get help with Watchdog 911?
Whenever you need help, just press the button on your waterproof Personal Transmitter. You can wear it as a necklace, a handy wristband, or a belt clip. In seconds, a trained operator will respond to your call, find out what help is needed, and dispatch the assistance you need immediately.
If it is not an emergency, the operator will call one of you Personal Responders (a family member or neighbor who lives nearby) to come and help you.
If it is an emergency situation, the operator will dispatch emergency personnel immediately, and may also send one of your Personal Responders to stay with you until the ambulance arrives. In addition, the operator will stay on the line until help arrives.
